Trusting God fully has never been very popular

David’s own brothers told him he was crazy for believing that God would deliver the giant into his hand (1 Sam 17). Joshua and Caleb were nearly stoned by their own countrymen for simply stating that they could easily do what God had promised (Numbers 14). David was the only one out of a whole army that believed God. Caleb and Joshua were two out of a nation. We should not be surprised or discouraged when friends and family try to dampen our faith or make us doubt in the Creator of all things or in the written Words that He has given leading us to this spot. Trusting God fully has never been very popular. “Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.” Joshua 1:7
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” Eph 6:10  Jesse Phillips
